#1 Why should you get pre-qualified in the beginning of the process? 

Working with a Lender to get pre-qualified is the first step in the process.

Knowing the range of homes, you qualify for ahead of time shows that you're an able buyer in the minds of a seller.

It will help you to have an estimate of your monthly payment depending on your rate and it also helps to avoid unnecessary frustration in your search.

#2 Why should you make a Wish List? 

This will help us to help you with your search. What kind of home do you prefer? What amenities should it have? What are your space requirements? What communities interest you?

Based on your selections, our team will search the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) data bases to find those properties that meet your needs and are in your price range. Remember, I can show you ANY available home, regardless of if it is listed by another company.

You will probably enjoying looking online on various sites for homes that appeal to you. Keep in mind that many sites outside of the MLS may have incorrect information and they are not updated as quickly as the MLS. The best properties often go under contract very quickly and may not be available by the time it hits the internet.

Remember, ads are often designed to pique your interest, not to tell you the entire story. That is one reason for you to CALL US (rather than the advertiser) to do some preliminary research before you view any properties.
